The Josephine County Parks department that controls our
show grounds require certain forms to be completed by the
vendors and proof of insurance supplied with reservations.
Reservations and fees, if accepted, must be received no
later than April 15, 2010.
FEES - $75.00 for
both days for a 10x10 foot space, $2.00 per each additional
foot.
No electrical hookups.
 Proof of insurance required.
Vendors must maintain the following insurance during the
period of our shows.
$1,000,000 General Liability
$100,000 Property Damage
Josephine County and Rogue Valley Kennel Club, Inc.
additionally named insured
Food Service.
Vendors serving food must have a Food Service License from
the Public Health Department for the period of our shows.
Permit To Operate.
A Permit to Operate will be supplied to you by Josephine
County Department of Parks. This will be furnished to you
by the vendor chairperson and must be posted at your concession.
Vendors who plan to stay on the grounds must also make
parking arrangements in advance. See
